Project idea

The project (next to the tree) was performd on a land with a limited area of ​​300 square meters that due to the limited budget in the construction, all the considered areas are only 100 square meters and on two levels, which included various spaces such as the bedroom on the upper floor, living room, kitchen, swimming pool and also the terrace was designed. existence of restrictions on the site caused the formation and placement of the design on the site.

The desired site had the dimensions of a triangle, which, due to the presence of the apex, with a closed angle, and also the lack of access from the street axis in this part of the site, it was not possible to place a villa there.

Therefore, the end part of the land was selected as the target area of ​​the design. The most important influencing factor in the design process was the presence of an old tree in the end axis of the land, this tree with an age of approximately 80 years became the main factor in shaping the main axis of the design, as if the villa by rotating around the tree was an attempt to establish itself in there is a neighbor of this tree. The existence of an approximate 2-meter level difference between the street axis and the ground level was another influential factor that led to the formation of different codes in the design of the villa, including, the difference between the level of the entrance (parking) and the lower floor in order to provide for the difference in the height of the pool area, as well the existence of a difference in the level of the living and dining areas in order to create a terrace with an attractive view on the upper floor of the reception and finally, the use of stairs in the area to create access from the area to the pool area, as well as establish a connection between the volume and the area.
