Project idea

One of the challenges in the design of Sepidar villa was the limitation of land width  and on this basis, in order to achieve a suitable (non-rigid) volume, solid and empty cube forms have been used that creates a variety of viewing angles also, in order to access the outside space (terrace)  from the outer area on the upper floor, access was designed by creating a gap in the ceiling and placing a staircase.
