Project idea

The slope in the ground caused so that the design of the building is considered in such a way that the user can see 2 floors in the north axis and 3 floors can be seen in the southern axis. Accordingly, the ground floor section in the north axis is covered with earth and in the southern axis, it has a view of damavand mountain. Due to the existence of two axes of north-south and east-west slope, the volume of the building was designed in such a way which has a wide view of damavand mountain in the north and northeast axis, also, by expanding the surface in the middle part of the volume, it has created an open space (balcony).
